C&K Basildon Ladies will be hoping to avoid a banana skin when they face Takeley in the quarter-final of the Essex Women's Cup.
The north-west Essex side are looking for their first Essex County Women's Premier Division win of the season, but that didn't stop them defeating Lawford, who play in a step higher in the pyramid, 4-2 in the last round.
C&K are enjoying a good season in the FA Women's Premier League where they play against teams including West Ham United.
The Hammers are the defending champions and will start their campaign at home to either Billericay Town or Chelmsford City.
Southendian face Eastern Region Premier side Brentwood on Sunday, November 30, with the winners earning a home tie against Southendian's Eastern Region Division One South rivals Little Thurrock Dynamos.
The other quarter-final sees Barking face either Writtle or Hutton.
Matches are scheduled to be played on Sunday, January 18.
The last eight matches in the Essex Women's Trophy will also be played on that date with Leigh Athletic away to Eastern Avenue, Hullbridge Sports hosting Island Girls U18, Southend's Ekco Whitecaps heading to Walden and Wickford Town at home to Little Thurrock Dynamos Reserves.
