THURROCK regain their push for promotion from London One North at home to Chelmsford tomorrow.

Sixth placed T’s are 10 points behind leaders Amersham & Chiltern.

And their director of rugby Dean White is keen to start narrowing that gap, beginning with a win against 12th placed Chelmsford this weekend.

“We are looking forward to Saturday's game and should have a good side out,” said White.

“Chelmsford will be a difficult team to beat, they have hit form and can always cause you problems when they have the ball.

“We will be working to ensure we stick to our game plan and processes and look to build during the game.

“This will be a typical Essex derby game and our home crowd will play a big part.
