Chris Barker - signed a two year deal with Blues
CHRIS Barker has completed a permanent switch to Southend United on a free transfer.
The defender impressed during an initial month-long loan from Plymouth Argyle.
And he has now joined Blues on a two-year deal.
“Chris has done exceptionally well for us so far,” said Blues boss Paul Sturrock.
“He has shown he is comfortable at both left back and centre back and I’m delighted to have signed him permanently.”
