A MUM-of-two from Hockley is now at the helm of a national society dating back to the 18th century.
Nicola O’Riordan Finley, 48, recently became UK Grand Master of the Oddfellows, an organisation which provides mutual support for 90,000 members across Britain.
On Saturday, her new role will be celebrated at a dinner in Brentwood attended by more than 160 relatives, friends and Oddfellows. Nicola, of Oak Walk, Hockley, said: “I still feel surprised the Grand Master is me."
