ONE of Southend's top businessmen has jokingly offered the Prime Minister a new job ... as one of his dress up Santas.

Philip Miller MBE, who owns Adventure Island, has offered Boris Johnson a job this Christmas, if the Prime Minister is out of work.

Mr Miller, who also owns Sealife Adventure, has given the Prime Minister, who has faced criticism from Tory backbenchers, the chance of working as one of the Santa's at Adventure Wonderland this year.

He posted on Twitter: "I’m thinking about poor old Boris who may well be unemployed shortly.

"I might offer him a job as one of my Santa’s at this years Adventure Wonderland."
