TWO motorists had a lucky escape after they were involved in a crash near the A13.
Police officers were patrolling the Stanford roundabout late last night and witnessed the smash between the two vehicles.
They were able to help those involved but revealed no one was injured.
A photo of the damaged vehicles was posted on Twitter by Essex Police's operational support group.

Alongside the images, officers wrote: "We witnessed a collision right in front of us at the Stanford Roundabout.
"The driver of the insignia admitted he is a provisional licence holder.
"Luckily no injuries and the driver of the insignia has been reported for no licence and driving without due care."
