TWO men were taken to hospital after an incident in a Tesco store which saw both sustaining injuries.
One of the men, a 38-year-old, has been arrested on suspicion of ABH and theft following the incident at Tesco, in Pitsea.
It saw a man aged in his 30s sustain injuries to his back and leg, while the 38-year-old received a chest injury just before 12.30pm yesterday afternoon.
Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “We responded and found a man aged in his 30s had sustained injuries to his back and leg. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

“A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of ABH and theft. He too was taken to hospital for treatment - for an injury to his chest.”
