A DRINK driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel for 12 months.
Terry Brant, 43, was stopped by police on the M25 and breathalysed back on New Year’s Eve.
He recorded 41 micro grammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – six micro grammes above the legal limit.
Brant, of London Road, Benfleet, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates Court last week where he was given a one-year driving ban.
