A major south Essex road was blocked with traffic slow moving after reports of a crash.
One lane on the A13 eastbound was blocked just before A176 (Five Bells Interchange) this afternoon (April 17).

This is following a crash, according to Essex County Council's traffic control, and traffic was slow moving.
The incident has since cleared.
