Southend Airport bosses have issued an important notice to holidaymakers set to fly to Palma de Mallorca tomorrow.
Members of Aslef and the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) at train operators will walk out in long-running disputes on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Due to the organised rail strikes, there will be no train service running from London Liverpool Street to Southend Airport station ahead of the Palma flight tomorrow (May 12).
This will affect passengers boarding the outbound easyJet flight to Palma de Mallorca, scheduled to depart at 9.15am, if they planned to travel to the airport by train.

Strike action is being taken by RMT members at 14 train operators, including Greater Anglia which runs the service to Southend Airport, in a long-running dispute over pay and conditions.
Aslef has also announced strikes on May 31 and the day of the FA Cup Final on June 3.
easyJet flights to Palma, alongside Faro, Amsterdam and Malaga, returned to the airport this month, with some extra activity on the airport's social media pages including a livestream for aviation enthusiasts.
With new flights to Amsterdam and additional flights to Faro, easyJet’s operations at Southend are set to increase by 30 per cent this year compared to summer 2022.
