Winners - Thorpe Bay won the Ladies Intermediate Cup
The Finals of the Essex Tennis Summer Cups have been held at Westcliff Lawn and there was success for two local clubs.
Thorpe Bay won the Ladies Intermediate Cup, beating Grove (Chelmsford) in the final.
Olivia King, Amy Sergeant, Jade Blackman and Rebecca Dawson made up the successful team.
There was also joy for Rayleigh who won the Men’s Junior Division One Cup.
Rayleigh – who had Matt Cannon, Louis Rawley, Oliver Crickmay and Joe Beeching in their team – beat Theydon Bois in the final.
