Heading back for treatment - Norwich City goalkeeper Jon McCracken
JON McCracken has temporarily halted his trial at Southend United to get treatment at Norwich City.
The shot-stopper has been training with the Shrimpers with a possible loan deal in the offing.
But Blues boss Kevin Maher confirmed the 22-year-old has gone back to the Canaries due to a slight injury.
“He’s gone back to Norwich to have something checked out,” said Maher.
“He’s got a little knock but hopefully he will be back in and we can have a look at him.”
Blues also have strikers Chris Wreh and Ibby Akanbi on trial.
