CONCORD Rangers’ bright start to the season continued with a 1-1 draw against Dulwich Hamlet on Tuesday night.
Dulwich opened the scoring at the Aspect Arena with Dan Smith on target but the Beach Boys hit back with Ricky Modeste firing home to secure a share of the spoils.
Concord have now taken seven points from their first three games of the National League South campaign and sit fifth in the standings.
In the Isthmian Premier, Canvey Island secured an impressive 5-1 win at Brightlingsea Regent but Bowers & Pitsea lost 2-0 at home to Margate and Billericay lost 1-0 at Aveley.
In Isthmian North, Hashtag United beat East Thurrock United 2-1 while Basildon United drew 2-2 at Tilbury.
Hullbridge Sports’ match with Great Wakering Rovers – which was due to be played at Lower Road – after match officials deemed the pitch unplayable.
In the Essex Senior League, Southend Manor were thrashed 7-1 at Saffron Walden Town while White Ensign drew 0-0 at Sawbridgeworth Town.
